why we need a time limit on moves

#16
I'm sorry, what was that about casual games not showing up?

And yes, I browsed your games as well, specifically the ones where you lost to a clock flag. I couldn't find one that had a mate-in-one available for either side.
I have tried playing opponents who tried this trick on me a few times myself (i.e. wait a long time, make a move, hope the opponent time out). It should almost have a name; the scumbag wait?
What I do is I put on Netflix in a window and enjoy how salty my opponent must be to try to pull this crap. If I am feeling in the mood for it, I let my clock run for a minute or two so he gets his hopes up, then make my move ;-).

I don't think there should be a time limit on moves; his time is his time, even if he is a scumbag!
If you have "better things to do " than wait for your opponent (who has every right as long as he abides by the RULES) then go do them and put on your man pants and lose the whine. It's the internet - LI'l Puppet means this in the nicest way.
:)
@Lil_Puppet

your nicest way condones the worst type of behaviour

how old are you anyway?

i will be getting the last train to clocksville before you all totally screw up civilisation. I hope you enjoy the mess you like when things get worse.
Simple. They get mad, so they waste your time.

Immature, but nothing u can do other than limit the time.

A per move time setting would be a different game category and have to be an off to the side feature and not applied to the entirety.

I doubt it'd ever happen, unnecessary and redundant.
