Pain in the Glayvin

lichess.org/9RyWofb7/

I suppose 23. Qf4 was cleaner, but I was seeing resistance for him and it was horribly complicated. I was lucky after a3 that ...Na5 wasn't played. That's the sort of game I could see being played at an OTB tournament leaving both players wrecked nervously. Black resisted very well yet somehow himself collapsed with a winning game. Have fun looking at this one guys!
Normally in the 4 pawns variation you castle king's side o-o to profit from the f-file i.e. 9 Be2 preparing 10 Nf3 and 11 o-o.
If you plan to castle queen's side 14 o-o-o to punish black for 7...g6, then 10 b3 and 11 a3 are no good.
It is a tense game with mistakes from both sides.
7...Bf5 8 Nc3 scores 42% wins for white, 33% draws, and 26% wins for black in the lichess masters database. That is no sign of destruction.
In the lichess amateur database it is 50% - 50%, meaning that whoever wins or loses has nothing to do with the opening, but with who plays which side.
