I’m not referring to your exclamation marks as spamming, I’m simply saying not to involve people in forums and to not advertise in forums to the creator of the forum. Thank you for understanding. We can advertise all we want in our profile and in our blogs. NOT IN PUBLIC FORUMS. I’m NOT telling that YOU spammed.

@CCAK0123456789 , thank you for your comment. You did not have to defend me though, however I do appreciate it. (Although please my friend, do not call him “Mr. DonaldDuck the genius”. Just because he insults you or I with his comments does not mean we have to also insult him back. I understand how it can seem only fair to give insult for insult but we must remain as calm as possible and as polite as we can as well.)

While I do own up to the fact that I have violated T&C in the past due to making excessive accounts and sharing or giving them to friends that cheated when they had them, that does not mean I can’t try to warn or help prevent others from getting banned or violating T&C as well. Does it?

As for this account, I had given it to a friend but he seems to have cheated so this account was restricted. After my main was found out by Lichess, they closed it and the others I had made except for this one. In my appeal for the main account they told me I had to wait 12 months before appealing again, as well as telling me that I was free to use this account in the meantime.

So yes I was a T&C Violator, as you have called me, but not for violating on this account.

As for @CCAK0123456789’s account being “messy”, he is correct that he has the right to do as he wishes with his account (as long as there is no offensive content) since it is there for him to describe himself. He can add his real name, links to his social, a description of a certain length. He CAN do as he wishes. Nothing wrong with that in a profile, but in chat rooms or forums spamming is considered quite annoying.

If you were not spamming then of course it’s my bad for jumping to conclusions, but I myself on my main account have posted comments as simple as yours and I’ve been timed out for spamming by Lichess. You and I may not think that it is spamming, but to some people it is.

As for my IQ, I have an IQ of 114... which would put me in the generally accepted “Above Average Intelligence” category. So you own 114 teams and am I considered a genius? I think not to both questions I have asked. But I am not stupid.
