Frozen & Blacked Out Screens when Chess Game is Going Well

Dear LIChess,

Frequent reoccurences of the board intentitionally frozen (over the last several months) when the game for Malay8844-2016 was going well. It has become more serious where the screen is blacked out and causes the laptop to crash.
