well yes i would, assuming you already have appealed and it got denied that means you cheated and you're just denying the fact.

If someone gets a mark and it appeals it it means exactly the same thing as they got a mark. The appeal is meaningless. I already explained to you why.

i got banned a few days ago and my account was marked, appealed, got the mark removed. Whats your point?

You must have begged for it back. I heard if you admit you cheated and promise not to do it again that might happen. So for cry baby cheaters yes, but for innocent people like me, no. That's justice for you.

what? lichess and other chess websites have a zero-tolerance policy for cheating NO second chances. Unless proven innocent via appealing

Nope, it's well known that if you admit and promise not to do it again you might have the ban lifted. Do your research. Then get back to me. Google is your friend.
