Have you noticed......

Stockfish stops analysing a few moves too early if your opponent resigns. It's stops saying like lost opportunity for mate etc why does it do this when you clearly have a better move before your opponents resignation it should analyse right up to the last move I think. Stops analysing to early ,I think.
True though I don't see the point unless you are really going to go back and analyze after your opponent resigned and you were going to keep playing the game until the end plus humans are not going to think like computers and find all the right moves.

Analyzing one's completed games is a fundamental part of chess.

I know that analyzing one's game is a part of chess but a lot of people play it just for fun.
So, I turn the engine on during game analysis for every move. Are you asking about the lichess.org's "request for computer analysis" function?

I didn't notice as such. I thought Stockfish analysed whole game wherever there was resignation. Can you show some game if you are talking about computer analysis feature?
