Have you read what i wrote like variant to "take the Pawn " ?

8..Bh7 9.exf7 kxf7

So it's not to take early the Pawn, but I proved to you that it remains playable at this level also with taking the pawn early
Regardless of your time control...
You lost not because white pushed the pawn to chase your bishop but you blundered 2, not 1, TWO minor pieces within 15 moves.

This is probably something you don't want to hear but again, you didn't lose because of pawn push, it's because you lack vision on where you should put your pieces so you don't just give it away for free.

I highly recommend playing slower game, like 7min or 10min the best and really focus on not losing your pieces.

Your bishop goes to h2 and why did you not take the e-pawn?

My main opening for black is CK and when I play as white, this is "exactly" how I play to unbalance CK.

You just take the e-pawn.
Then, White's queen will come after your king but as long as you pay attention a bit, it's playable for black.
