GM made 22 blunders?

Dias, Paulo vs Iturrizaga Bonelli 11/13/2010 Mexico City
This game is in Lichess's opening book, Chessbase.com, 365chess.com....
White's an IM. Black's a GM. With 23 blunders vs 22 blunders, does it seem like some other game's transcript has been attributed to these guys and everyone keeps copying? Or what?
Must have been a notation error. The bishop was definitely not on e3 hanging like that for so long in the real game
Very weird!!.Would you please attach the computer analysis?.
The pointless queen sacrifice on turn 34 makes me laugh.
How are errors removed from the database(s)?
Now GMs are going to play this in casual OTB chess because they've memorized the incorrect notation just for fun :)

No way on earth that bishop wasn't captured immediately when left undefended.

Also, same question as @bluemeeper.
In order to prove yourself ,you should win against an opponent with no mistakes or anything that is considered to be a fault.
