one of my friends team is been hacked by a peron whom i wont name.is that elegible to report to a mod????

Of course it is, use the report button and explain the situation. Everything is eligible for report, the actions taken might just not be what you want =)
ok .thanks but the report goes to a mod right???if so i directly contacted but he said nothing is posible has any one gone under the same situation and problem solved pls do tell
Sounds a bit weird that you know who the hacker is. How's that possible?
Why don't you report the problem now and worry about what you can do if they say they can't do anything if they actually say that. (If they do say it, I'd probably just give up at that point; what are the other options? Report them again?)
