The greatest opening of all time.

Look how easy it is to get a lost position from the Vienna. I really recommend it its not common but its so tricky, easy to play, and objectively not dubious.
@concrete_steve

By the way, just glancing casually - it looks like you could have just snatched the bishop on move 15 that he used to attack your Queen.

He probably forgot that it was undefended because of the pin.
There are 36 possible first moves followed by 36 possible first replies for a possible 1,296 two move openings. I would be willing to wager that at some time in history every single one of them have been called "the worst possible opening" and "the best possible opening". Including yours.
Best opening? It's a solid opening, like many others. You got lucky your opponent didn't know how to best counter the Vienna Gambit. That's all.
I liked this game, good job. Reminded me of Spielmann-esque play
@ambrooks Yea probably would've seen this if I was paying attention closely. I was already killing and go tunnel vision on going into a endgame
I think the formal title of grandmaster was handed out from like 1950 onwards, Spielmann died before then
