My Journey towards 2300+ rating Starts --- Hoping to reach there by end of this year

[POST 1: JAN END UPDATE ]
[RATING : 2014]
Hi All,

I am a hobby chess player with no big goals or dreams. All I want is to reach a respectable rating in lichess so that I get to play games against titled players [NM's, FM's]. I am leaving out IM's and GM's because there rating would be way beyond reach.

I hope for that the bare minimum rating I need to aim is 2300+
As of now with all difficulty I have managed to cross 2000 rating. Gaining 300 more points would be a hard battle.

I haven't read a single chess book in life. Now I am going to break that habit and have taken an oath to read at least 2 books by end of this year.

I will keep updating this post with my learning and progress end of every month. Hoping to cross 2300 , fingers crossed

You can already play against them in Arena tourneys, or ... their own tourneys (e.g. with streamers like GM Trankuilizer,FM SchieberSpieler, IM Sladgie. The latter has a weekly tourney where he plays).
Maybe it is also good to realize that rating isn't everything. There are super fast and good NMs and FMs with high blitz and bullet ratings, while there are also IMs and GMs who are not so fast with on-line chess and have rather (relatively) low ratings.
Even if you late join a Lichess Arena tourney you could still get paired with a titled player who also late-join or didn't score well. Especially the Weekly and Monthly and Shield tourneys do attract more titled players. And players like IM Fins and IM Astaneh do join those Arena tourneys during their streams.
Also, you will likely find less titled players in the Lichess lobby than you will find in the Arena tourneys.
About getting towards 2300 blitz rating :
Daily studying on chessable and chesstempo can be a good and efficient way to study.
Meanwhile chessable has lots of free books and also very good quality paid books. It is a breeze to study chess books like that in my opinion.
Good luck & have fun !
From 2000 to 2300 in 1 year may not be realistic. a normal progress is +100/year.
It is also your blitz rating.
Train tactics until your tactics rating is far above your target rating. Train tactics at the same speed as you play.
Study endgames. You do not read chess books as it it were novels. You have to study these preferably with 2 chess sets, one for the main line and one for the variations. Kasparov recommends "Dvoretzky's Engame Manual" for professionals and amateurs alike. Carlsen endorses "Fundamental Chess Endings" by Karsten Müller. Better study 1 book thoroughly than 2 books superficially.
Making the game as simple is difficult in chess game..Many players irrespective of their level cannot maintain this..I am sorry that I am commenting on better players than me, but I have to say this after watching many games..reaching 300+ rating in a year is difficult to achieve..you should observe the games of Master tor and Master achha..even they lost a game in process they return in game in bigbang blow and penetrating moves..thank you
