Internet down

Hi all.

Unfortunately my Internet goes down lately for a few times a day (Then always 2-5 minutes). The provider hasn't found the reason yet.

As a result I automatically left two games today which was not my intention and which I almost never did in thousands of games.

How can I inform Lichess, to let them know and to avoid a ban?

Thanks a lot.

Thanks a lot for your answer. And I totally agree with you. Unfortunately my privider can't find the error and the break is about 5 times a day for only several minutes. Who would like to stop playing in such a situation (especially as I "left" the games in won positions ...).

Thanks for your advice. I only use WLAN as I suffer badly from Parkinson's desease and do not leave my home very often.
No problem! If you enjoy bullet and want to keep improving and reaching higher ratings, I would certainly suggest making inquiries about your internet.

Then change providers. If your provider has such outtages and they can't find the cause, they're incompetent. Who would want to keep giving them money for such a shitty service?

Please don't try to keep using such a shitty provider as it not being your fault.

I'll contact them again and stop playing until the problem is fixed. It's the Deutsche Telekom which provided good help and support in the past. Thank all of you for your answers.
