Frozen chess clock

In my opinion there is something wrong with this game!
My opponent and I were both in time trouble - my opponent more than me.
It is amazing that he needed less than 10 seconds for the moves 46 to 70.
From move 60, his chess clock did not move anymore and stood exactly at 1.7 seconds. I've never seen anything like this before and I have played many games here at Lichess.
Can someone please explain to me how to hack 10 moves ahead when to be in time trouble without the clock moving for just one millisecond?
Easily. Premoves take no time, and he had ample time to premove given how slowly you were moving.
@RapidVariants: Maybe you're right, if you look at the top players. But neither me nor him is playing at that level. Up to move 42 it was him who was slow. After that it felt to me, a machine or someone else was playing.
in that game maybe that player was accustomed to queen and king vs king and was premoving the moves... espicially if you were taking time he could premove easily. plus he was under no mating plus attack pressure so he could have been just premoving to time you out if you both had low clock times.
He or she knew they had an advantage because it was a winning endgame. A king cannot step up to a queen, so after their queen was placed they felt comfortable advancing the king. The check is self-explanatory and I really think that it is possible for a player to play like this. I mean, who doesn't play super-fast when they're low on time and they have an extra queen?
