Hi,
thanks for your answers. The problem is not to get the pairing for a round. There are pairing tables, or for a Swiss chess tournament, we have software to do it.
To do the pairing per hand may be practical if you play normal tournament chess (one game a day), but not for blitz chess.
It seems there are some people with the same problems like we in our club
Greetings
Markus
We have the same problem in our club

Also add swiss, or any fixed number of rounds format. Chess clubs trying to deal with the Corona crisis would really appreciate it.

We would also appreciate other tournament modes like round-robin of swiss system.
The arena mode in our hands has the drawback that often the top players are not paired at all.

Hi, I'm from Chess Club Kaltenkirchen and due to Corona we switched over to lichess. We have exacly the same issues. Playing often in a tournament with 6-12 Players, there are a lot games between the same players and most of us don't like the 4 point wins. A round robin (eg. Swiss) would be highly appreciated.
For us this would be a great improvement regarding lichess platform.
What does that +1 mean?
@odoaker2015 they "upvote" the request - they agree
this is like LiChess "#metoo" :)

Definitely this feature would be a great addition. Quite helpful for club players, which are not that familiar with computers.
The current lichess tournament system is great, if you have more than 10-20 participants. But with only 10 participating players it becomes quite annoying to play against the same player over and over again. Especially in longer time controls.
