You can always just hop in the pool and it will match you against players of similar rating to you. Easier than trying to match time zones with the small percentage of people who use the forum.

Your Lichess rating should converge to your FIDE-equivalent as you play more games. There's quite a bit of variance, but someone with a 2000-2200 blitz rating is likely going to be in the 1800-2000 FIDE range.
