They want to block my nickname

How do I export a PGN on discord (and ensure it changes as players change their names)? How do I ensure offensive opponent names don't show in my games history on Discord? etc.
#61,

Perhaps I employed the wrong phrase. By “database problem,” I meant the fact that, as things currently stand, changing your username would require changing every instance of it retroactively — in past games you’ve played, threads you posted in, etc. Naturally, that is unfeasible.

But if your account were instead identified in those files only by a number, then nothing would need to be changed in them, only on the current page you are looking at whenever you load one of them. Again, just as your username links to your profile, so this number would link to your nickname, which would be displayed here instead of that number. But without the need to alter anything in the database of games, etc., as your nickname would be stored elsewhere, and only linked to in those files.

Is that more clear?

I mentioned Discord because, as a matter of fact, they do something like this already, and I have changed my name there before without incident.
@Loser_Abuser

Personally, I don't like your nickname at all ... but if we had played against each other, it wouldn't have bothered me.

It is absolutely incomprehensible that lichess wants to close your account after almost three years of membership and 30,000 games.

Lichess ( @thibault ), this is wrong!
Please let @Loser_Abuser keep playing chess here on this fabulous platform. His account should remain.

From now on, the lichess moderators should check the nickname within a few days after registering a new account!

@Loser_Abuser, I hope the examination of your appeal goes well for you!
I mean, Lichess should have an option to change usernames, but I don't see why they haven't done that. In my opinion, I think that Lichess is at fault here. I get it, @Loser_Abuser may be an offensive name. But c'mon, if this was the case then Lichess should've dealt with it long ago.

You are right. It is humorous. I dont see what is wrong. The name does not express everything. Its not like he goes around doing his name.
I don't get all the support on such a terrible choice of words.
The name is horrendous, inexcusable and can have many different offensive/passively insulting meanings the ChatGPT have missed.
Doesn't matter what the inner meaning is...
-An abuser of losers.
-A loser that who beat you - and what that makes you, losing to a loser?
-An abuser that abuses you?
-An abuser who openly declares it and still can't get caught or whatever else...

The word "Abuser" even as a stand alone is offensive and suggests that abuse of someone/something takes place. No matter what, both words should not have been allowed in anyone's name by Lichess, let alone both of them at the same time.

Every time I see this nickname it certainly creates a disturbing negative effect and IMO has no place in Lichess.

None wants a legit player to lose an account, just change the name.-
