Get a super gm database with just games by players above lets say 2700+, then put you brain in 'learn mode' (however you do that, meditation, whatever) and replay all these games quickly until your nose bleeds. I heard someone saying, that way subconscious learns the motifs. Never tested it.
I personally are more the 'analyze one game for 8 hours' dude
