This has to be looked into.... it has been a big problem for me too.
chess.com doesnt give lag compensation, everything is fair there

Also. I lost to a bot in ultra, which had 2200+ and they didn't return my rating to me even though I submitted a report from 2 accounts and 3 reports from friends.
