I was just wondering about the with parental permission clause

I've seen many children posting who are younger than 15 , young as 7
( I mean nothing against the kids, some of them are pretty darn smart).

But I was just wondering, how could lichess possibly verify parental permission?
I guess it doesn't have to. Certainly, any children younger than 15 are supposed to be in kid mode, which means they can't post. So they, or their parent/coach have violated the TOS.

I guess your parents haven't read the Terms of Service.

lichess.org/terms-of-service:
>The parents of a child who has signed up via this method are responsible for ensuring that "kid mode" is enforced on the child's account, which adds additional child-protection measures to that account, such as turning off the ability to see public chats.
Well i know so many people who are kids and don't have kid mode. Btw have u ever tried going to a public tournament chat and asking everyone age.
Once, all 10 people were like 10 or 11 or 9 or 8.
