What are the little logo things on peoples acc that lichess added for some players?

Thank you, @thibault and everyone for adding this feature! It adds a very fun layer of customization. :) I am in favor of similar features in the future!

The hover popup now shows country (or "country") name instead of flag (next to the flair).

I can's set my flair ... I see the option but when I clic on it nothing happens.

You would need to scroll down and save the preferences after you pick a flair.

when I go to my option and press " set you flair " nothing happens

I guess I should see some icons to choose , right...

i don't see anything changing when I press and so ... I can't set anything and i have no change to " submit "
Tried with firefox, Chrome and from the phone ... :(

Best feature ever, I've been gaining rating points ever since I started using it.

Do you have any errors in the console (usually Ctrl-Shift-i)?
