Who was most aggressive?

Among those, most aggressive was definitely Alekhine. One can see his games. And order would be (in terms of aggressiveness): Alekhine > Steinitz > Lasker > Capablanca

Come on, that's just his personal opinion. He was probably saying in general without any options.

But it wasn't the answer. If he wanted to say in general he could have made a new thread bout it

My business is my businesd none of your business!
Good question. I consider "aggressiveness" should be defined. You can be aggressive by sacrificing pieces, playing dynamically, as well as playing positionally.
Why ??? ... @RiotandCarngeISVenom Do you want to "Skip" Studying the less aggressive World Chess Champions ? They all played the Ending very well Tactics & Defense ,,, They were all resourceful & positionally preety much sound & brilliant . Study Play Play Study ... Alekhine played well enough against Capablanca in the Endings to win his Match vs him
