Going for top 100 Atomic, any tips?

My friend which is in atomic top 100 said: look for theory atomic is easy to win in opening because of the theory and look for best games f.e. vlad_00 e.t.c
(Yes I know I am 1300 but I am lazy for doing that:))

@TurboFuture If u want to go to top 100 in atomic, first learn to lose and analyze ur mistakes. Analyze ur opponents' mistakes as well.
Just today only, I lost fresh rating in blitz. And will learn a lot of things from analysis.

Also stop playing 1/2+0. It doesnt help.
