What is Lichess Master ???

What is this title how to get it? Please tell any advice.

You must join fide tournament online or offline, if you win you will get rating, get until 2200 and you will get title master

lichess master is simply awarded to people that are cool, right? Thats all i remember

You can read something about LM here lichess.org/faq#lm . As far as i know you can do nothing to get that title. Maybe one day lichess will give this title again, maybe not.
