As for your claim, I had told Lichess before that FIDE should change rules when there are no forced mate in few piece endgame, it should become a draw by default. I even talked about that it has to be programmed somehow that it recognizes forced mate in a given position. But that forum had no effect. Still I wish to change the rule. I even mailed FIDE regarding the useless rule.
