why l do not progres

I have studied for three year (mostly alone) but l do not find the way to progres, really l know more abaut chess but it is very difficult when play a game, ¿why?
Well I also have studied alone for 3 years and also felt I improved a lot. I am 1700s in classical and now trying to play better at rapid (hope to get to 1700s there too, i lose because of time!). Seen a couple of your games and you do well. But you have some mistakes in calculations in tactical stuff. I think you should try puzzles. Also, you can improve openings a little bit. they look shaky and you should pick a couple and stick to that. Good luck!
1/ Take more Time for Puzzles, you made a lot everyday , it means fast ( quantity vs quality..) Try not to answer to the Puzzle until you are very sure about the best moove! Sometimes it takes 10-15 min! and sometime you don't see NOTHING... In that case don't answer and come back later to the Puzzle! and You will find it! With this method i Crush 2100 in Training mode! i was stuck in 1900...

2/ Watch Commentary Video on YouTube of Epic GrandMaster's Game! make some pause, and try to guess the moove! (Sometimes it will be the speaker who'll ask you to do this!

3/ Play LONGER game (30 min) is good to think deeply to improve his chess vision and positional game.
With all those tactical puzzles that you have done your tactics rating should be much higher... I've only done a few thousand tactics puzzles and my all time high is 2200. I think you need to slow down... most puzzles take 10 to 15 minutes to solve and I've been stuck on a puzzle for like 45 minutes or more at times. I just think you are a very impatient sort of player... Ever consider mindful meditation exercises? You need to learn how to slow down and find your center. Please stay away from blitz or bullet. and spend more time playing the machine..the machine is a far better opponent than the humans. JMO.
analyze your own games, especially on your 20+5 games, i rarely see computer analyses on them in your history.
People improve at their own rate. What takes one person a week might take another a year. And that's perfectly okay.

Usually there is a lot to gain by learning how to calculate and improving that ability as much as you can. Doing 30min good tactics every day is an almost failsafe way to improve.

Uhm...I clicked through your recent games. You are doing a decent job in the opening and seem to have a good grasp of strategical concepts (for your rating), but your tactics are on a quite poor level at the moment. So you have to do something about that to improve.

If you succeed to drastically improve your tactics you can expect a substantial rating gain because you got the basics in other areas imo.

The thing is..your opponent can be completely clueless and commit 10+ strategical errors and yet win because of one tactical blunder.

@Art3mistic your tactic trainer performance seems to be disconnected from your ingame tactic ability. Are you overoptimizing for the tactic trainer performance or is your decision process different compared to your practical games?

I'd say there is a substantial difference between the nature of blitz tactics and OTB tactics, but some things carry over.
For most players at sub 2000 level, a good dosage of going over some of the classic games (with the help of an instructive book) will aid in giving you insight into strategical and positional ideas.

For tactics, any service will do, but a recent book titled "Woodpecker Method" by Axel Smith and Hans Tikkanen is a really excellent tool for building tactical skill. It aided Tikkanen himself in shooting up rom low 2500 to 2600.
