to create a new timecontrol +1/4 instead of +1second
1/4+3 is for a blitz is better
i mean +1/4 as increment instead of +1second

Nice idea. Will then 0+1/4 be considered another kind of Ultrabullet? I'm not sure how to handle this in the rating pool. For simple bullet 0+1/4 seems to be too pre-movy, but it is a completely different game compared to 1/4+0.
But there are people who have lag, means that this 1/4 second will be more critical..

@opperwezen. MOst relevant for bullet time controls (1+1/4 instead of 1+1).

@jokido I'd take this over any (0-N) increment we currently have (for all of hyper, 1, 3 min)
