I lost 130 points in bullet

my bullet was worse i had become 2100 and i became 1700 not joking it took me 30 minutes to lose 400 points and took me 3 weeks to get it back

Don't play bullet for 2 weeks, play the very next day (after 2 weeks) and gain 150 rating!

I lost like 250 in 960 I wish I heard of @TheKingClash 's advice before:(

You really haven't played more than two hours and a half in a single sitting as far as time is concerned I see 2 hours and a half as your record . Once I played a Rated Tournament game that lasted 171 moves & ended in a Draw against an FM . So you need to play more & study more & study more & play more . I LOOKED at alot of your games Sir >>> I see almost all the games decided by someone losing on time ? I can recommend a chess book as I do for each player I run across on this site when they ask questions in this Forum . For you specificly I will recommend Chess For Tigers by Simon Webb ... Google The Internet Archive ... Then under search texts not multimedia ... I picked this book for you since it is interesting & fun ... free is a bonus heh'

That's nothing.

I'm the worst player on the planet and I could lose that many points in the time it takes most people to sneeze.

Just have fun and forget about points. (Unless you're very good, then it makes sense to pay attention to points.)
