"time running out "

twice tonight my time has suddenly "ran out " as soon as opponent moved ?! - yet in one game i had over 5 secs left and in the other I had over 10 seconds left ! Pretty annoying !

Have you inspected your network? Perhaps someone is initiating a huge connection during those times? There are programs for network inspection, might want to look into making sure your connection is uninterrupted.
