Is It Possible To Have Any Type Of Study Open While In Any Sort Of Game?

So, yeah, I want to know.
For example if you try to do a tactic from a study in a game and you have the study open in another tab, is it called cheating?

I personally think it's obvious that it's not, but I want to make sure and hear what you think about this or if you did this already.
Thanks
Wait, how WOULDN'T that be cheating?
It's a step-by-step guide to how you are supposed to play a series of moves, for crying out loud.
IMO, It depends if it is in agreement with your opponent and therefore i think you should let the other know or assume you are playing according to the fide rules. According to the fide rule i understand you can use some sort of engine to assist you but can not have the engine give you the move to make and you can use opening books to support your moves. But I am not 100% sure about it. Maybe someone else know this better.
Me, personally, i like to play and learn as beginner classical chess with long time and play against opponents who do not use anything else then his Neural Network in his head like i do the same. 100% brain power like OTB on a distance. Meaning you using the study during the game is for me not what i like but for others i presume could be perfectly fine. Open consensus amongst each other is key.
I’d caution having any browser tab opened on Lichess study while playing a game. You can’t study if you’re playing, and if you’re playing you can’t be accessing the Lichess study tools which have databases and engine options open. Pick your activity, studying or playing.

Now if you just studied an opening trap earlier in the day and that opening trap then came up in a game you’re playing and you played the trap on your opponent then no you aren’t cheating, you’re utilizing the knowledge you just learned.

If it's cheating, does that mean Stockfish level 8 uses computer assistance?
