Breaking the 1700 Barrier

I've been stuck at 1700 for a while now, and I've tried everything. I've read lots of chess books, studied openings, did puzzles, but none of it seems to be helping! How do I improve?
@kevlu8 Play many games. You'll see, it will be helpful. You can also ask for analysis after the game to understand your mistakes. By the way i'm also 13 :-)
@kevlu8
Have you tried to analyze your games? If you haven't, do it.
studying opening isn't bad but you will have to put in a lot of effort for little payback. Since in the openings you just need to make sure not to blunder. You can also use the book in the analysis
@kevlu8 Play long time controls exclusively- no blitz, no bullet. Analyze each game after you finish, no matter the result. Only play when you feel at your best. Do puzzles- Puzzle Streak is helpful.
1.Study the Endgame

2.Analyze your lost games

3.Don't waste too much time studying the openings

4.Do puzzles and tactics

5.Play longer time controls and avoid too much of blitz and definitely no bullet

6.Play games aswell, implementing what you've learnt.
"I've read lots of chess books"

Read good ones

Dvoretsky's Endgame Manual
Chess Fundamentals by Capablanca
My Systems by Nimzowithch

There many other good ones as well.
