Candidates!?!?

I just remember him whooping me like he still does...ouch! Btw thanks to FischyVischy for hosting this awesome event. This should be a really good tournament!!
Bureaucracies have killed all that is human and made man machine-like in both behavior and thought. That is why I believe rules should serve man and not the other way around. Moreover, JK isn't my friend (I don't mean this to be rude to you, JK, but I don't know you) and there's no such thing as an inner circle. I wanted JK in the Candidates because he's the Kasparov of zh and many people really wanted him to get the wild card. In fact, the only person who was opposed to him entering the Candidates was you. Therefore, if we're being purely democratic, JK would still be in the Candidates...
Such a noble response as always. Except rules should serve all people and not just one man and not a small group of men. You hadn't asked people what they want, you just announced the decision first. By the way I am not opposed to JK entering the candidates per se, I am opposed to this shameless breaking of rules without talking to people first and this hypocrisy and elitism.

Anyway, I am officially withdrawing from the tournament
I am not or have not been part of the cwc, however I do understand Fumitoks Points. I think one should own the spot from previous CWC or the qualifier. To just come in because he is one of the best players is a bit unfair for the People playing in the qualifier. He would probably win a spot in the candidates had he played but it is not 100% sure as there was many strong players there. Just my view on it.
Here are my 2c, also from the sidelines and thus completely irrelevant:

The event had rules, and these were ignored in at least two key situations (HighContrast's elimination, the wildcards). This is potentially frustrating for the participants and unsatisfying for the spectators.
This, I believe, was Fumitoks's point, and it seems valid to me.
Look, I feel like the critique that Fumitoks provided is fair and @FischyVishy should take his time on this and realize the ultimatum that has been presented. Fumitoks qualified for the candidates fair in square, and JK(no offence to him) got the position by it being handed to him. I'm all in favor of more top players being in the tournament, but if there's a clear disagreement among the participants, their voices should be reasoned with. I really hope Fumitoks reconsiders, he is an amazing crazyhouse player, and it would really be a shame to see him walk away.
As I've mentioned before, the right thing for the organizers was to open a public discussion among the qualified candidates regarding JK's joining the tournament and come up with an agreement which is accepted by all. I'm also not sure if it's late yet.

As a true fan of the game, I still hope that both Fumitoks and JK will take part.
A tournament director sets the rules and adapts the rules for the sake of everyone, not just himself. It's good to get feedback and Fischy could have been more communicative at times this year (HC case was outside of his personal control though as the lichess site had marked him before any committee could be called to judge). But why be so unsuppprtive? As a spectator I want Fumitoks, JKtheBullfrog and opperwezen all in this, and a spirit that we are all zh friends.
I have to say I understand Fumitoks point of view about the matter. That said I don't share his thoughts about the inner circle and i think FischyVishy deserves so much more respect than that. He did sponsor all this just out of love for the game without any 2nd intentions and using the money of his own pocket. After all, the goal of this tournament is for people to have a great time and enjoy our common hobby that is crazyhouse. So please guys, lets not fight over this and keep up with the friendship spirit that this game has shown so far!
