After the GOAT tournament in Weissenhaus: why not have Chess 960 tournaments with rapid or classical time control on Lichess? Much more interesting than having to study openings to win your game!
They have 5+3 in the chess960 team but I agree we should have more long time controls like 10+5.
lichess4545.com/chess960 organizes tournaments with one chess960 game per week for each player in 20+20 time control. Maybe there are other organizers as well. Also the lichess chess960 team (
lichess.org/team/lichess-chess960) seems to organize team internal tournaments that occasionally have a short rapid time control.
