Reality shifting

Quantum physics suggests the existence of Multiverse. And you may have often heard about manifestation and stuff. I do not understand that much. I believe to achieve reality shifting there should be a collision or a interaction. And is reality shifting anything related to brain

I roleplay as Infinite the Jackal (like actually from Sonic Forces, not the youtuber) rn, so...technically if i have enough power to almost drop an ENTIRE ARTIFICIAL SUN on the world, make infinite illusions of everything, and cook Sonic in a fight...then reality-shifting is LOW-LEVEL. (but again Silver and Mephiles and possibly more could literally time travel...so...oh well. and Starline can MAKE WORMHOLES...ok...if i battle him i most likely will get cooked.)

Speaking of shifting, I was just fired from the keyboard company.
They said I was not putting enough shifts :(

Maybe it’s more of an intersection than interaction.
