yes that might be nice, also I have more free time for blogs again so Elite Arenas are no problem (again).
Also I think the people lower rated than 1800 or 1900 should be allowed to play some Tournaments again (so all people have fun again).

No, I think every rating lower than 1800 (or 1900). Because there are also many 1400 rated players and some <1400 players, it would be unfair for them out of my view.
