I'd say both a beautiful checkmate picture and a nice handling of each position overall. I'm still not entirely sure of the point behind Be2. Your dark square bishop was a clear mating threat. Perhaps after the exchange, Bc4 would have been acceptable to grab a pawn, but in this case your opponent just allowed you to create a piece of art as Peter Svidler recently did for Magnus Carlsen over the board.
