Guys , I do not know if this is some medical issue , but I disgust myself , for some reason, I hate seeing myself in front of a mirror , hate the games I play , hate every thing i do , I BASICLY DISGUST MYSELF BRUH........................ (Disgust / hate same right?) anyway is there anyone like me? or is there a cure ?

OK, I have an idea, don't hate/disgust yourself, I could bet a 10 Dollahs (It's the prize of lichess!), that if You don't hate/disgust yourself, then, you will not hate/disgust yourself!
