Yo, its children's day in India.

The day for babies, lol. Can children's day be celebrated by teens (myself being a 14 yr old, I have the right to enquire) ? Idk.

ee.
Well, you can be a child, it just depends on the definition.
If it's a legal definition, there is a clear age which ends your childhood (e.g. 18 or 21).
If it is a religious definition, then your childhood probably ends after a certain ritual.
If it is the biological definition, then you may be considered an adult as soon as you would be able to reproduce - or as soon as your brain is fully mature (in and around 25 to 30 years of age, however some are slower and some age faster).
If you ask your mother, she will most likely say that you are still her child, if you ask your father, he will probably ask who you are (or maybe you are lucky and he knows you, in that case he will probably behave similar to your mother in regards to that question).
Finally, you may just be as old as you feel - in that case you can choose if you are more of an adult or more of a child.
Eitherway, as long as you feel that you still got a childhood, then - for your own sake - enjoy it as long as you can. The childhood is the best time of your life, and you should enjoy it as long as you still can.
Happy Childrens Day! I am also from India
Happy childrens day! I gave mine in the cellar some extra bread.
