if the pizza is made from wholemeal flour , pizza , but diabetes means no white flour no sugar no potatoes (except for sweet potatoes)
so thats no chips and no chocolate
My parents would certainly not allow me to eat some burrito made up of chocolate. And chips can be bought by the nearby Baqala. So, I would choose the pizza if it doesn't have too much cheese on them.
