Why do my dreams always end like this?

Idk but whatever it is it sounds scary.

change the dream to stop it re occuring , do not flee the hidden fears turn round and face them , this is not freddy kruger world it is your innerverse and you can be its master

I tell you as soon as you quit some nightmare job, similar dreams stop.

On the rare occurences when I knew, within a dream, that I was infact dreaming, I still couldn't control shit, and I always wake up shortly afterwards. Lucid dreaming seemingly doesn't work for me.

Whenever you get that, try controlling your dream. It might work sometimes, I've seen dreams like that where I've somehow managed to control it at the end
