Who's the best rapper?

Loads of people think it's those big rappers like Eminem, 2Pac, Juice WRLD etc...
But there are a lot of unknown and underrated rappers out there. Modern rappers like bbno$ are cool but my favourites are Freddie Dredd (Memphis rapper) and Connor Price (who just experiments with different styles, like merging House and Rap). What do you think?
