India frightens me. Growing nationalism, expanding nuclear arsenal and violent border dispute with two other nuclear armed neighbors, one of whom is also expanding their nuclear supply.

Not to get on the OP for supporting his country, but this is highly loaded:
"Yes, I support India!", which comes across as being either discriminatory towards non-Indians, or as a symbol of how today's societies prefer hollow incantations of support over genuine actions and responses, thus disincentivizing the actual pursual of good.
"No, I don't support India!", which comes across as being discriminatory towards Indians.
Personally, I "support" India inasmuch as I would rather they not have bad things happen to them, but I can't say that I truly support India more than any other political entity, either from the perspective of giving aid, or of advocating for the ideas which the nation represents. I guess, therefore, that the accurate answer in my case has to be "No, I do not support India".
I totally don't expect to catch a lot of flak for this post ;)

Watching the news these days has become a terrible pastime for me.
My peers usually do not like to watch the news, but I enjoy watching the news like crazy.
I think maybe the reason for my lack of sleep is that I worry about everything.
I mean, I can't focus too much on the issue these days. The world news is full of sad things.
Murder, rape of a 19-month-old child by his father, Corona, Vienna talks, drought in the country, the fourth most inflationary country in the world. For someone like me, all these things are painful.
Protests in Myanmar, this news should have been repeated for only about three weeks ... the death of famous actors and people who loved them all.
It's really scary! The ones we love. I was very sad when I found out that my friend's grandmother was dead because I remembered that I had not seen my grandmother for 10 years and I do not remember what she looked like.
The news is getting worse every day. More virus outbreak, lack of hospital beds, lack of capsules ..
These things are not good at all. When I see that many people can not afford to buy chicken in my country and have to buy chicken skin. When I see that some people in the oil queue is waiting to buy it ...
Or in my country, for example, people with diabetes have little chance of surviving because many of them can't find insulin or their prices are staggering.
The price of the drug is very expensive at the moment and there is no free corona test.
