Why would you be guilty for every cause?
I know many who are trolling you but public shaming is against Lichess terms of service.
~ What I think is that he probably misunderstood that he got chatbanned for supporting you. And the rest is because of that.

Well, I have DMed him about the matter clearly and hope he understands and asks for forgiveness to you.
He could simply report the users and the moderators would check what to do. Rather, you were pinged here by nice words only to see the user asking Lichess to ban you.
This forum was already against TOS and that's why he got chatbanned.
