when do you wake up?

There is waking up, and then there is waking up! I have, no matter what target of alarm, a buffer zone of not fully woken up.... It might last the whole day sometimes.

That kind of waking up hasn’t happened in 5 years for me.
I’m not sure why you want this info but I wake up at 6am through to 8am.

Well, make the most of it. Although dreamland as its perks... but mostly for the beholder (the one there), others would rather have a fully woken up person in front of them. I was doing some self-derision, in fact I would drift toward more acuity as the day would progress... kind of a drifting process... as the night would be more productive, and stimulating.. one would think it might have been self induced, but I was like that very young. My theory, is lingering melatonin, and bad reset of that cycle upon light signal. Or morpheus is strong with this one!

I always had the buffer zone though. Something about people natural sleep patterns, sleep late wake up late, but then the drums of productive life, not made for such diversity. The future being for those who wake up early, I had to do so, but not really, I guess.

So it takes you 2 hours to fall asleep?
Get a kid and you will sleep instantly .
Also I never need an alarm . My kids are waking up surely before any alarm, the only question is which one is the first one awake.

Oh wait... I thought you meant the mental "waking up" part.
