Nothing, I concentrate on the game in silence.
I don't like to listen to music while playing chess. I saw some players advising to listen music, so the next day I tried it and I lost 5 games consecutively because it distracted me instead of concentrating on the game... I just sit in a silent room where no one could disturb me and keep drinking water...After every hour.
I thought I was the only one who drank a lot of water while playing chess.
