Plus Canada + NATO would smack around the US like a rented mule in a war. And the US would run into so many trade problems that the entire world economy would plummet.

USA and Canada are more the same than Germany and Austria, in ethnics, language, economy, ideology, etc. I can't see any reason they do not unite into 1 nation. We have seen so many separations after cold war ended, and time to unite!
Also we can expect:
Germany should deny their surrender treaty and take Austria again.
Greater Yugoslavia including Bulgaria should be restored.
CzechoSlovakia!
Russia should retake Ukraine and Belarus.
Kalmarunionen including Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Greenland be reestablished.
Great Bharat Raj should rule Indian subcontinent.
China should integrate Japan, Two Koreas, Viet Nam and Mongolia.
Somali and Somaliland, Sudan and South Sudan should be restored.
Arabic Union and Pentastan Union can be established.
Mayan union, Inca union and Mali empire may revive.
Penguin autonomous federation in Antarctica?
