every time login in my bot someone ask me join team it very painful so what i do i dont want close chat as somepeople can talk abot coding but it so irating

If you get junk mails:
#1 Try to respectfully show them the lichess terms of service #8 which forbids junk mails.
#2 Tell them that if they want team members, they should put "join this team[team link inserted]" in their biography in their profile.
#3 If they keep asking you to join their team, tell them "No, that is final" and if they keep asking after that(And it annoys you), block them, or ignore them.
If you want to avoid junk mails:
#1 put "team advertisements will be ignored, and reported" in your biography in your profile.
#2 Set your privacy to "doesn't accept new message" or "only accepts messages from friends" and put "if you want to talk about coding, ping me in a forum and say so".

Yes, I am also getting message to join a team (I wont reveal it). The team creator is messaging me from multiple accounts and if i ignore, they are messaging me till i answer. Truly it is irritating me.

Have you told them that they are abusing the lichess infrastructure? If not, that might make them stop.
From what I know, that even counts as harassment on lichess.

in the preferences option , go to privacy , there you have options on who can post to you , choose the one that suits you best (alllow all ,,,, only friends ,,,,or no messaging ,,, )
i have chosen only friends and this has reduced undesired join this club posts
but i do understand the pressure on team admins to recruit , but it is an unnecessary pressure they are under, people will join clubs if they want to
