It's not putin's war, it's russian war, putin is just a good representative of what russia really is.

"What would you do if your the leader of a country and the country next to you ignores warnings of putting their military next to the border of your county? And what happens if all that military on the border of your county had weapons reaching your country's capital? the neighbors have artillery, missiles, rockets, and bombs. And this neighboring country could strike your own capital city in less than 20-40 mins? you would lose a lot of citizens and people who don't know there is nearby danger. This is 1 reason Russia invaded Ukraine. America suggested putting troops on the border with Russia. Ok maybe Putin is not THAT bad. At least he wasn’t born this way. I believe that deep down somewhere in his heart, he’s a decent person. But he does need to stop invading Ukraine.

Sadly that won't happen until the threat of attacking Russia goes away and we saw by the tension before the invasion that Ukraine wasn't interested in listing to Russia but to the USA a war provoked by the USA. And Russia will continue the war as long as it's necessary to prevent that threat from happening on its border. So right now Ukraine has a situation where it can end the war or send its own people to die for a dumb cause of representing America's politics in its own politics...

Also @lichess can you close this duplicate thread? I thought you banned any talk of this in the threads...

How about all of us shut the hell up and not talk and make another thread for this topic.

I have reason to believe he is THAT bad. He was born this way. I believe that deep down somewhere in his heart, he’s a horrible person. And he does need to stop invading Ukraine.

Yeah, right. Is what he's doing bad in itself? Maybe not. Is what he's doing good in itself? Defintely not. Invading a country might not be the worst thing to do, but certainly it has to be reasonable.
