You shouldn't worry about losing a lot of rating. I know it can be quite discouraging but you need to analyse your games. Go over them with your coach if you have one. It will help to learn from your mistakes. If you seriously want to get your rating higher again then stop playing anything slower then Rapid. Turn move confirmation on.
If this doesn't help, you may benefit from a short break from chess, and screens in general.
