15 $ is a huge input for such low prizes. You have to get third to get the entry fee, which would never happen in an OTB. I don't think many people will join, it seems like you are trying to make great benefits from this tournament...

Whatever the money is, the percentage of the entry fee compare to prize money is way to important. Prize money is 60 $. After 4 registrations, chessnycdylans gets 60 $, which is impossible in real life. It's none of my business, but I feel uncomfortable with such a tournament and really recommend anyone to be carefully before sending any fee...
The idea of giving your banking details to some anonymous dude somewhere in the world might be worth thinking about...before you do it...
