Don't count the chess.com when it has not developed fully
I mean I don't play too much in both the sites, but I feel chess.com is WAYYY more premium, in a sense than Lichess and kind of grand if it makes sense
Lichess is kid friendly, but chess.com, with everything going on just makes the player aware himself to be of a higher age because most of the kids right now know the rumours and the "BAD BAD" aura around the site and makes the player aware of waiting a few (painful) years to sign up.
Lichess has kid mode, which is a very nice mode, you know. So the kids who actually want to PLAY can PLAY (unlike me who just forums and forums and forums because he is so timeless) Which is good. Zen mode is also not that popular, but it is the greatest feature of lichess. it helps focus more which is really good.
And we come to the last point
TITLED PLAYERS
Now you may have heard that chess.com has fake gms and nms and cms and all.
Somewhere, yes but they are still to undergo the process, keep in mind that is only in chess.com
But there are some real ones too out there
Lichess has titled players too, but it's not sure for most of them, but when we see the title
Then we can confirm that they have actually undergone the process of being a cm, or getting titled so both seem same for both the sites
Yes, players are toxic here and there both but there are x2 nice players too who want to help newbies with the site and forums are not too much filled with trash.
At the end of the day, both are just sites to play chess(and this is a spam topcic again)and all the people who have free time (like alot) can do more than just play
